All services and products may be customized based on client requirements.
3. Project Scope
All projects are executed based on a defined scope.
Any request outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may require extra cost and time.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required before starting the project
- Large projects may follow milestone-based payments
- Final delivery will be provided after full payment
Delayed payment may result in suspension of work.
5. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable
- No refund will be issued once the project has started
- If the Client cancels the project, charges will apply for completed work
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must:
- Provide accurate requirements
- Provide necessary data and content on time
- Give feedback within a reasonable timeframe
Delays from the Client may affect delivery timelines.
7. Timeline & Delivery
Project timelines depend on scope and complexity.
Delays caused by the Client or third-party services are not our responsibility.
8. Ownership
Ownership of the final product will be transferred to the Client after full payment.
MMIT SOFT LTD may showcase the project in its portfolio.
9. Usage
The Client may use the software for business purposes only.
Reselling or unauthorized distribution is not allowed.
10. Hosting & Data
- If hosting is managed by the Client, all responsibility lies with the Client
- MMIT SOFT LTD is not responsible for data loss or server issues
11. Support
Limited support may be provided after delivery.
Ongoing support requires a separate agreement.
12. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting, APIs, or payment gateways.
13. Liability
MMIT SOFT LTD is not responsible for:
- Business loss or loss of profit
- Data loss
- System misuse
- External service failure
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment is not made
- Terms are violated
15. Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
